They’re growing up - it happens so fast. You’ve poured heart and soul into motherhood, maybe even giving up a career or balancing work with appointments, games, teacher conferences, driving the Mom taxi. You are so, so proud of the humans you’ve created. And…you’re asking yourself what do I want to be when they grow up?
It may have been years since you’ve paused to reflect on your gifts. Your confidence may be greater than it’s ever been - or lower. You may have the financial freedom to spend your time however you choose, or you may still need to work. Regardless, this workshop is for you if you:
Leonora Zilkha Williamson found her life purpose in her 40s, and is passionate about sharing her process she developed with other Moms navigating their next chapters. After two decade in corporate America (JP Morgan, Boston Consulting Group and Estee Lauder), Leonora stayed home to raise her two daughters. In 2017 she returned to the full-time work force - and was fired within 4 months, kicking off a yearlong journey to discover her true self. At the end of that “year of discernment” she realized her core purpose is to facilitate learning for other people. Today, she is a certified executive coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a professor at Vanderbilt. She and her family live in Nashville, Tennessee.
Shelley Prevost is a licensed therapist, educational psychologist, burnout coach, and certified Enneagram facilitator. In 2016-2017, she went through a period of debilitating burnout and identity confusion that led to some profound shifts in how she lives, works, parents, and shows up for herself and those she loves. Transitions can be unsettling times in our lives, but when we have the tools and support, they can also be transformational and sacred. Shelley and her husband, Chad Prevost, started Big Self School in 2019 to equip and guide leaders in their own sacred journey out of burnout. She lives with her family in Chattanooga.
